Payment Asia collects your personal data for the purpose of processing your merchant application, service provision, identity and business verification (including use of public registers such as the Companies Registry for directors’ information via AI-assisted or manual means), compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), customer support, and directly related purposes.

The provision of personal data marked as mandatory is obligatory. Failure to provide such data may result in us being unable to process your application or provide the requested services.
